Europe’s largest community-led Salesforce event just marked a major milestone—and the iMMERSIVE team was thrilled to be part of it. London’s Calling 2025 celebrated its tenth anniversary in style, bringing together over 900 attendees for a day packed with 68 expert-led sessions, hands-on learning, and plenty of community-powered inspiration.
While Agentforce continues to dominate many Salesforce conversations (and rightly so), what made this event especially refreshing was the spotlight on the broader Salesforce ecosystem. With only six sessions dedicated to Agentforce, the agenda created space for a wider range of tools, techniques, and innovations to shine. It was a reminder of just how much depth and diversity Salesforce offers—and how much Trailblazers can learn from one another across roles, clouds, and industries.
As co-organiser Louise Lockie put it during the opening remarks:
“Don’t come up to me and complain that you can’t choose where to go because there are too many interesting sessions. That’s a good thing!”
We couldn’t agree more. Here are just a few of our highlights from an unforgettable day.
A Must-See Session on Agentforce Safety
Among the standout sessions of the day was Daniel Strange’s talk on Agentforce Security—a topic that drew a full house and plenty of buzz. Daniel explored how certain LLMs can unintentionally surface sensitive information through retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), especially if not properly instructed or configured.
His live demo cleverly illustrated the risks, underscoring why clear prompt governance and rigorous testing are essential. Fortunately, Salesforce’s Atlas Brain architecture is specifically designed to mitigate these kinds of issues. It actively reasons over prompts, flags suspicious injection attempts, and ensures only safe and authorised queries make it to the primary LLM, providing a strong layer of defence.
Still, as Daniel rightly pointed out, security is a shared responsibility. While Salesforce delivers robust protections out of the box, customers and developers must also play their part in configuring and using Agentforce responsibly.
As champions of secure and scalable Agentforce implementation, we’re proud to help organisations embrace AI with confidence.
Smarter Project Docs with Open Source + Agentforce
One of the most talked-about sessions of the day came from Nicolas Vuillamy, who delivered a compelling deep dive into automating Salesforce project documentation using open-source tools and LLM integrations like Agentforce.
By showing how teams can generate structured, consistent, and reliable documentation with minimal manual effort, Nicolas tapped into one of the most sought-after productivity enablers in the ecosystem. And judging by the full room (and even more trying to get in!), it’s clear that better documentation practices are top-of-mind for many Salesforce professionals today.
A Snapshot with SharinPix
Over at the SharinPix booth, attendees were lining up for free professional headshots and an interactive photobooth experience—while also learning about the powerful role of visuals in Salesforce success.
As proud partners with SharinPix, we were delighted that their team took the opportunity to showcase iMMERSIVE’s Catalyst™ accelerators—specifically our Homebuilders and Asset Management solutions. They highlighted how, together, we’re enabling faster, smarter, and more visually engaging experiences for Salesforce users in property development and asset-intensive sectors.
Huge thanks to the SharinPix team for bringing both fun and functionality to the floor—and for continuing to be fantastic collaborators in driving real-world transformation.
Reflecting on a Standout Community Event
London’s Calling 2025 wasn’t just a celebration of ten incredible years—it was a powerful demonstration of how far the European Salesforce community has come. With an emphasis on practical learning, peer sharing, and authentic connection, it reminded us why events like these remain so valuable. Whether you were deep-diving into Agentforce, debating documentation best practices, or simply catching up with friends and former colleagues, it was the kind of day that charges your Trailblazer batteries.
Already counting down to next year? Us too.
In the meantime, if you want to chat about what we learned, how we’re implementing Agentforce securely, or how our Catalyst™ accelerators can help you get started—we’d love to hear from you.
