We were delighted to this week welcome the first intake to our iMMERSIVE Graduate Programme!
The iMMERSIVE Graduate Programme is a 12-month pathway for university graduates to enter the Salesforce ecosystem. The team of five future Salesforce Trailblazers have initially embarked on their 5-week induction programme covering each area of our business and Salesforce products so they have a great foundation to build their career. Having completed their initial induction, graduates then rotate through key business areas such as Delivery, Customer Solutions and Marketing, gaining hands-on experience, mentorship and Salesforce certifications.
In addition to enjoying our dynamic and collaborative work culture, they’ll also shadow (initially) and then later join senior members of our team and contribute to real-world projects, seeing see first-hand how Salesforce technology solves business challenges and empowers them to success.
We couldn’t be more excited to welcome our future Salesforce Trailblazers; Abdullah Al Asif, Charlie Craxton, Janice Jockim, Jayesh Shah and Uravi Karyia. We know they’ll be a great addition to our team, will learn a lot and have a whole lot of fun along the way!
