Ref: Customer Solutions Consultant

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships & long-term partnerships with clients & Salesforce
  • Support marketing & events, contribute to industry points of view and the overall iMMERSIVE go-to-market strategy
  • Support business discoveries, identify business process improvements and document business requirements
  • Support shaping solutions and create project plans for our clients which align to their business goals
  • Estimate projects & create key documentation to support the sales process
  • Support our clients & delivery team to ensure projects are successful

 

Skills & Competencies

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong writing abilities, with a focus on producing high-quality documentation
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • A “business-first, technology-second” mindset
  • Proven business analysis skills – business process improvement, requirements gathering, etc.
  • Hands-on implementation experience
  • Understanding of the Salesforce development lifecycle and best practice project approach
  • Technical understanding of Salesforce core clouds
  • Highly organised and proactive with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
  • A motivated self-starter, comfortable to work with ambiguity and take a leading role in shaping solutions for clients

 

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic background
  • Minimum of 2 years of Salesforce experience, preferably in a pre-sales, solutions or functional delivery role’

 

Preferred

  • Pre-sales experience – responding to bids, running demonstrations, etc.
  • Non-core Salesforce experience –Revenue Cloud, Field Service, Agentforce, etc.
