Key Responsibilities
- Lead the go-to-market and growth of a given industry or sector
- Develop strong relationships & long-term partnerships with clients & Salesforce
- Generate opportunities & pipeline
- Support marketing & events, create industry go-to market strategies and points of view
- Conduct business discoveries, shape solutions and create project plans for our clients which align to their business goals
- Estimate projects & create key documentation to support the sales process
- Support our clients & delivery team to ensure projects are successful
- Support junior Solutions consultants to develop their skills and progress their careers
Skills & Competencies
- Strong client management & relationship building skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills at all levels of an organisation, including C-suite stakeholders
- Strong writing abilities, with a focus on producing high-quality documentation
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Commercial and business acumen, with a focus on value-driven solutions
- A “business-first, technology-second” mindset
- Proven business analysis expertise including business process improvement, requirements gathering, etc.
- Understanding of the Salesforce development lifecycle and best practice project methodologies
- Hands-on implementation experience
- Technical understanding of Salesforce core clouds & broader Salesforce ecosystem
- Action orientated with an ability to balance short term sales activities with the long-term business strategy
- Highly organised and proactive with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- A motivated self-starter, comfortable to work with ambiguity and take the initiative to lead client partnerships
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic background
- Minimum of 4 years of Salesforce experience, preferably in a pre-sales, solutions or functional delivery role’
Preferred
- Experience in defining & executing go-to-market strategies tailored to specific industries
- Pre-sales experience – responding to bids, running demonstrations, etc.
- Non-core Salesforce experience –Revenue Cloud, Field Service, Agentforce, etc.
