Marketing Executive Responsibilities

  • Event Support – Assist with the research, organisation, execution and post-event activities of DemGen, hospitality and volunteering events to help drive lead generation for the Solutions team and strengthen our Salesforce relationships. This includes supporting venue searches and visits, event marketing campaigns, internal briefing sessions, on the day logistics and post-event analysis.
  • Marketing Campaigns – Help with the design, execution, monitoring and tracking of marketing campaigns across the marketing mix for our Customers and Salesforce, including creation and design of marketing assets, managing registration pages, data analysis and more.
  • Content Creation – Support the Digital Marketing Manager with traditional content creation (e.g. website blog posts, social media posts, Customer and Salesforce newsletters) and digital content (e.g. videos, GIFs, downloadable guides) to enhance iMMERSIVE’s external communications, driving brand awareness
  • Marketing Admin – Ensure our marketing database is up to date with correct information of our contacts, uploading new leads post-events, recording customer conversations and giving suggestions on new processes to put in place.
  • Staff Culture – Responsible for delivering a range of internal social and learning events and communications, keeping the team up to date with news from across the business via internal channels such as Slack, email and weekly newsletters as well as organising and leading fortnightly social events and quarterly company All Hands.
  • Office Management – Support in the day-to-day management of the office, including meeting room set up for Customer and Salesforce events to ensure we provide the best guest experience, liaising with office management and reporting fixes, making sure the office experience for staff is kept up to high standard, making recommendations on further improvements we can make.

 

Marketing Executive Skills & Experience

  •  1+ year of experience in a marketing, communications or events related role. Experience in tech is a bonus but not crucial
  • Organisation – Excellent organisational skills including ability to manage and prioritise workload to deadlines
  • Communication – Strong communication and time management skills and has the ability to work on several projects at once
  • IT Skills – Competent skills in MS Office suite, Google suite and Outlook. Preferably an understanding of Salesforce’s tools (Account Engagement, Slack and Quip) and Social Media Platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram)
  • Teamwork/Collaboration – Team orientated with a keen attitude to get stuck into joint projects and a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Problem Solving – Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
  • Industry Knowledge – Understanding of digital and marketing trends, and willingness to learn
  • Attitude – An excitement to work in the Technology industry and a passion for marketing, want to grow their career in one of the UK’s fastest growing Salesforce Partners
