Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships & long-term partnerships with clients & Salesforce
- Support marketing & events, contribute to industry points of view and the overall iMMERSIVE go-to-market strategy
- Support business discoveries, identify business process improvements and document business requirements
- Support shaping solutions and create project plans for our clients which align to their business goals
- Estimate projects & create key documentation to support the sales process
- Support our clients & delivery team to ensure projects are successful
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Strong writing abilities, with a focus on producing high-quality documentation
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- A “business-first, technology-second” mindset
- Proven business analysis skills – business process improvement, requirements gathering, etc.
- Hands-on implementation experience
- Understanding of the Salesforce development lifecycle and best practice project approach
- Technical understanding of Salesforce core clouds
- Highly organised and proactive with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- A motivated self-starter, comfortable to work with ambiguity and take a leading role in shaping solutions for clients
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic background
- Minimum of 2 years of Salesforce experience, preferably in a pre-sales, solutions or functional delivery role’
Preferred
- Pre-sales experience – responding to bids, running demonstrations, etc.
- Non-core Salesforce experience –Revenue Cloud, Field Service, Agentforce, etc.
