Ref: Salesforce Functional Lead

Responsibilities

  • Presenting – prepare client presentations and lead requirement gathering sessions
  • Business processes – Understand AS IS process flows and work with key client stakeholders to elicit TO BE process.
  • Solution design
    • Own the Salesforce functional design
    • Work with delivery and technical colleagues to transform client requirements into best practise Salesforce solutions.
  • Configuration – configure Salesforce as per solution design document, delegating where appropriate.
  • Testing – Support internal testing and client UAT.
  • Training – run workshops to train clients and Administrators.
  • Client relationship – engage with client stakeholders to analyse business processes and functional requirements.
  • Mentoring – help grow future talent by coaching junior colleagues
  • Growth – Support pre-sales team with identifying future opportunities
  • Travel – A willingness to travel as and when required

 

Technical Skills

  • 5+ years Salesforce project delivery experience end to end, with strong organisation skills
  • Degree educated or strong experience with Salesforce implementation environment
  • Experience across Sales and Service Cloud
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Experience Cloud and other Salesforce clouds

 

Business Skills

  • Communication – excellent communication skill and interpersonal skills. Ability to facilitate workshops and conference calls with confidence. It’s important that you are confident and clear in your messaging both written and verbal
  • Teamwork/Collaboration – team orientated, with experience supporting less experienced members
  • Presentation Skills – excellent ability to share product expertise and business knowledge to audiences of all levels
  • Problem Solving – excellent ability to anticipate problems and identify solutions
  • Adaptable – excellent ability to adopt a flexible work style in changing circumstances and shift priorities when necessary
