Junior Salesforce Consultant Responsibilities
- Support:
- Supporting the Consultants in the delivery of our customer’s solutions
- Provide analytical support to the client and development team
- Take an active role in Salesforce projects by shadowing project team members
- Configuration – help develop, and build based on business requirements and functional designs.
- Testing – Support unit testing, system testing, and acceptance testing activities.
- Travel – A willingness to travel as and when required.
Technical Skills
- 1 + years of project delivery experience or Salesforce functional consultancy and/or business analysis experience covering one or more of the core Salesforce clouds, Sales, Service, etc.
- Experience in project work and/or software applications
- Previous experience in a customer facing role or experience providing 1st line support
Business Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to progress and adapt within a fast-paced business
- Ability to prioritise and execute multiple tasks and deadlines
